Trust can be rebuilt only with deeds

Trust is a value significantly affecting communication. When I started working for the Entrepreneur Impet I realized that these are not only nice words, that primarily they mean the comfort and value of work and the social responsibility of people on both sides, namely those who place their trust in somebody and those who are trusted. In order to build communication on solid foundations which determines success-oriented relationships – it should be based on trust.

‘Trust’ is a word that I hear in different contexts every day, even several times. It is so pervasive that it happens that I lose its depth which it has. Trust in relationships has a relaxing effect, directs the energy which you may use to predict failures at the effective implementation of the project, which the given relationship is focused on. In the EI we are building a network of trusted relationships and communication which is based on keeping your word, on making steps in the direction of showing that in the relationship with the other person, a supplier, a customer, everyone – we take and we teach to take an attitude of empathy, not judging on and accepting that everyone is partly right.

Communication and relationships based on trust are success-oriented. You should take care of trust and you should nurture it. This care is so important because the trust violated once is difficult to rebuild. To err is human. However, it is worth remembering that trust can be rebuilt only with deeds. In a case when one party has failed, the other is not able to entrust declarations again. Nurturing trust and keeping your word, you become a part of the community in which relationships built on trust allow you to achieve the objectives more effectively.

Due to my involvement in projects handled by the EI I have a chance to learn how valuable trust is, how calm, comfortable and pleasant work can be when you can trust someone implicitly and how good I feel – trusted and appreciated by my co-workers.
